About Me

I am a thirty-plus-year practitioner of organization and leadership development. My passion is derived from the wonderful opportunities bestowed upon me to guide, teach, and support the development of individuals seeking to maximize their potential and find fulfillment in their professional and personal lives.

My fortune is the opportunity I have had to provide leadership development, coaching, and mentoring services in several prestigious healthcare organizations Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and Froedtert Health System.

I have benefited from opportunities to work in academia as adjunct faculty and independently as a lecturer, and DE&I consultant.

Individualize Development Plan

IDPs are specifically designed pathways for individuals to address opportunities for growth, identify resources, and highlight strengths in relationship to their personal or professional lives

1:1 coaching and consultation

Clients are provided coaching sessions that are founded on solid principles of scientifically backed strategies that guide the coach in creating trusting relationships and aid the client in seeking answers to questions that may impede personal or professional fulfillment and development

Emotional Intelligence Assessment

Emotional assessments are provided to the clients as needed or requested. The assessments are used in the provision of feedback about the impact that emotions may have on their behavior or thinking processes.

360 Feedback

360 feedback provides perspectives or observations of a person's performance or behaviors. The gathered data gives insight and enhances the development of a strategy to create successful developmental pathways!

At-will text and email communication

MooreSight clients are granted opportunities to communicate with their coach at any time during the workday. Text or email is the preferred choice. Responses will take place ASAP.

Pre/post-status survey

• Pre-status surveys are performed as a means of determining strategies and resources that may be used in supporting the progressive development of the clients

• Post-status surveys will be used in the overall measurement of the success of the strategies utilized to support the growth of the clients
