About Me
I am a thirty-plus-year practitioner of organization and leadership development. My passion is derived from the wonderful opportunities bestowed upon me to guide, teach, and support the development of individuals seeking to maximize their potential and find fulfillment in their professional and personal lives.
My fortune is the opportunity I have had to provide leadership development, coaching, and mentoring services in several prestigious healthcare organizations Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and Froedtert Health System.
I have benefited from opportunities to work in academia as adjunct faculty and independently as a lecturer, and DE&I consultant.

Positive Psychology

Neuroscience
(Brain Science)
Neuroscience, also known as brain science, is the study of the nervous system, especially the brain. It involves different fields like biology, psychology, computer science, chemistry, and engineering. This helps us understand how the brain works and its impact on behavior and thinking.
Rehabilitation Counseling
Rehabilitative counseling offers valuable support to individuals with disabilities or impairments, helping them conquer obstacles and attain their personal, social, and vocational aspirations. This form of counseling is beneficial in guiding individuals through restorative practices.

Goals: Establish clear and achievable objectives. Reality: Gain a thorough understanding of the current situation, necessary resources, and potential obstacles. Options or Opportunities: Encourage innovative thinking and brainstorm alternative approaches to overcome challenges or maximize opportunities.
